3rd time since the new location has opened and have had horrible service all three times! I dont understand how when there is no one in the building! Food sucked and server was too interested in hanging out in the back hallway, we even ended up getting our own boxes from the side station! And still had to ask for our check which we got an eye roll about!

We have been coming to this BWW since they opened at the original location across the street. We go two to three times per month and the food is always fantastic and the service is good. The craft beer selection is good and we would recommend this BWW to anyone that enjoys good food, beer, and sports.

Steer clear. Horrible service. We ordered an appetizer. Burger and wings. Now mind you it's slow. Our waitress has 2 tables including ours. 25 mins pass no appetiZer--only for ALL the food to come out at once with her explaining the ticket got lost and a manager was coming out. Before she even walked away I sent back the cheese stick app. Ice cold. My wings and hubby's burger cold. No manager ever came out In fact neither did the waitress -she never came back......So we left with enough cash on table to cover drinks and a tip. I had to come back in after going to the car to get my sunglasses I forgot. Waitress is at her one other table. Doesn't apologize or anything. But the cash is gone. Classic.

Came to this Buffalo Wild Wings because it's one of the few restaurants in the area. I ordered a burger and fries. Their burger was basically a glorified McDonalds Big Mac. The fries weren't good either. Their only saving grace was their Pastrami sandwich that I also had after I had enough of their burger. This is the only reason why I gave it another star. I guess their only good for wings?

Extremely poor service. You could be sitting for up to twenty minutes before you are even approached and asked for a beverage, don't come thirsty. They seem to be a tad understaffed in the bar area, as the young bartender is trying to handle a heavy bar crowd and tables while the servers for the dining room are just standing around. The food is okay, normal as you would get at any of their chain locations. The service is a huge disappointment. We want to love it here because it's close... Would be nice to get some servers with experience.

First time I have been since they moved across the street. When we arrived, we were asked to seat ourselves, only 2 waitresses on staff, drinks were incorrect. It became clear quickly that there was an insect issue. Flies so thick that you could see them swarming around the bar. We ordered and the food came, very slowly, and it also was incorrect. Asked for extra ranch and by the time it was delivered everyone else at the table was almost finished eating.

My sister and I were in North Port for vacation and she really wanted to go here after hearing great things and seeing the ads on TV. We both were really disappointed. The restaurant just felt really dirty and seemed like it wasn't very clean. In terms of the food the wings were pretty bad. I got the garlic parm and they were just not tasty. I have had garlic parm wings at many places and these were probably the worst I have ever had. The only reason they get 2 stars and not one is price wise they weren't bad. But I also comparing to prices in Boston.

My partner and I live in Port Charlotte and I LOVE BWW and my partner loves a beer with sport so you would think this would be a great place but it's not! This is the 2nd time I have been here and both times I had TERRIBLE service. I'm not a big one to complain but my last visit was the worst. We sat the bar in a near empty bar area and our bartender was inattentive and was totally MIA for about 3 quarters of our time there. She only appeared when another couple arrived. She was actually the same bartender we had had the first time and found the same thing about her. My partner, midway through his beer found a bug floating it in. When we finally got her attention and let her know, she shrugged, took the beer, tipped it out, poured a new one and charged us for it. No "I'm sorry"or nothing, but she charged us for a beer that she tipped a good amount of down the drain.It really made me wonder if this was something she was used to doing because she didn't seem bad about it or even surprised. I think the sad part was that the manager had greeted us when we arrived and he seemed very nice. I wonder if he knows what terrible service his bartender has and that she didn't seem surprised about bugs in drinks (Yes, we were sitting inside and the doors were closed!). Never going to this BWW again!

Add a star because the new location is great and inside is beautiful! Subtract all of the stars because, the terrible attitudes and awful unwelcoming feeling from the old location still exist! I'm confident is saying the GM doesn't have a background in customer service and certainly doesn't teach it to the staff!! The food is BWW and is always good. But whats the point when you experience the service is actually worse than worse? Yes that's possible, I dare you to try for yourself! Just be warned, you will not see a smile and good luck with your refills! Don't even bother going in within 2hrs of closing time, you will find all of the lights on and the staff cleaning up ready to go home! 2 HOURS early! Talk about feeling like your raining on the parade. Enough said, new management or some common customer service training and this place will be a gold mine. However, in its current state, its a stay far, far away for me and my crew!

Went for lunch yesterday and sat for 15 mins before my drink order was taken, there was only 4 other tables taken in the restaurant. Had chicken wings and fried pickles. The pickles were really good, better then most places, but the chicken was Gross. Took 45 mins to get the food and the waiter never came back to refill my drink until I was ready for the check. Will not be going back!

My boyfriend and I came in before a movie and our server, Kaylea was awesome, efficient, friendly, and helpful. We had a problem with our food, which had nothing to do with her or her service but she and the manager rectified the situation.

Food is typical, overpriced, mediocre b-dubs food. I definitely won't be back to this location. If you want better service and better specials, head to Wings and Rings.

We went to this BWW after my hubby had their wings while working out on the east coast & loved them. The sign on the hostess podium said to seat ourselves and we did. Our drink orders were taken within moments and brought to us promptly. We were then informed our server was Jade and she would be with us shortly, which she was. The hubby's sprite was flat. Momma got a bacon cheeseburger and we got a large order of buffalo wings. Knife had dried food or rust in the ridges ... Wings made out stomachs hurt, and not because it was spicy. Chilis has better wings believe it or not. The prices were a bit higher than I expected. Luckily the good service kind of made up for it.

Absolutely terrible service, management and a total overall lack of bar tending and training. My boyfriend, who's an experienced bar manager and myself a server have sat at the bar both times we've been in to have a few beers. Both times have been utterly disappointing experiences. The first visit we had an unruly bar patron become irate about a college basketball conversation. He soon became so aggressive, the only male server in the building at the time had to stand between the said aggressor and other innocent bar goers as well as the smaller female on-shift bartender due to the situation becoming unpredictable. He was never asked to leave nor did the female bartender make any mention or apology for his behavior or acknowledge it in any way to the other bar patrons. Super uncomfortable. The second and last time we've been in was during the Ronda Rousey UFC fight. We totally understand the "weeds" bartenders and servers can be thrown into during crazy busy events such as these, however there was no exception for the terrible lack of service we received. We saw two floor managers just standing the two times we saw them on the floor the whole event, not lending a hand once nor asking how anyones dining experience was. We were lucky enough to get two seats at the bar which would seem to lend to more efficient service, not here however. At one point my boyfriend waited patiently for 30 minutes for a beer because the male bartender took his first empty beer glass and wasn't asked at that time if he would like another. CARDINAL SIN of bar tending. It wasn't until I finished my beer and sat my empty glass far in front of me that I got acknowledgement about getting another beer and even then with my boyfriend sitting dry next to me, still wasn't asked if he'd like another...he did eventually get his beer. In the time we sat and watched all the fights pass we witnessed the male bartender consistently short pour all his drinks. So basically, if you're ordering any mixed drinks or cocktails from this location you're getting seriously ripped off and paying $7 plus for a fountain drink or straight grenadine syrup. I witnessed the female bartender take a dirty rocks glass from the drink well, quickly rinse it under the tap, immediately re-use it for a new drink, and the server then taking the drink to his table in the restaurant. GROSS. The female bartender kept repeatedly asking the couple next to us how many more fights were left until the title fight insinuating she was ready to be off shift or close up. It would have been amazing if she could have at least pretended to have wanted to be there, enjoying her job as well as the people around her, tipping her significantly. Save your hard earned money for any other restaurant/sports bar/dive bar/wing spot. Really, any at all.

We were out running errands and decided to pop in for lunch. Service was good. We ordered a large jerk/mild traditional wings, and they were pretty good. The "mild" had quite a bit of heat for mild wings. Just a fair warning. Price was a tad high for a wing place.

Gave this place a second chance since the first visit was horrible. The second visit wasn't any better. Wait staff is not attentive, we had to ask to have drinks refilled. Both orders came out wrong and had to be sent back. Expensive and not worth the service you get.
